Please note that priority will be given to: 
- Applicants with poster, abstract presentation or oral presentation accepted for the event on BC related-topic

‍Recipients will receive a set amount to contribute to their travel and accommodation expenses. ABC Global Alliance is not responsible for the VISA or the travel arrangements. Selected participants will have the opportunity to register at a discounted fee, generously offered by UICC. Details regarding the registration process will be provided subsequently. Travel grants are made available for ABC Global Alliance members.

The following amounts will be refunded by bank transfer after the event:

In-person registrations: 
‍Registration – participants from Low and Middle-income countries  - 1500 €
‍Registration – participants from Europe 1000 €
‍Registration – participants from other regions 1700 €

‍Virtual registration  
‍Standard rate: 250 EUR UICC members & UN agencies:  210 EUR
‍UICC members from low-income or lower-middle-income countries and students: 165 EUR
‍Standard rate for low-income or lower-middle-income countries: 180 EUR
‍Students (universities and medical schools as UICC members and non-members from all countries): 90 EUR


‍The outcome of the application will be notified by 10 April 2024.
