News
Due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the special edition of the ABC conference (ABC6.5)
that was due to take place in Lisbon in November 2022. We are very much looking forward to meeting again face-to-face
and coming together as a global community at ABC7 in Lisbon 9-11 November 2023.

What’s it like to live with advanced breast cancer?

Watch as real women with advanced breast cancer (ABC) tell their stories and shed light on the current gaps in ABC care.

How does it feel to go back to work after an advanced breast cancer diagnosis?

Work can be an integral part of peoples’ wellbeing. For some it’s a passion, while for others it’s simply a way to earn money – but when it comes to advanced breast cancer, everything surrounding work can change.
Studies show 60% of women with advanced breast cancer have seen their household income drop as a result of their illness and two thirds of employed women with advanced breast cancer no longer work full time*.
Our Wall of Stories gives people a chance to share the truth about working with advanced breast cancer. Click here for more information.
